My goal in one-on-one coaching is always to help my clients dig deep and uncover hidden barriers to greater freedom and creativity. We explore the Power of Meditation, Personal Ritual, Creativity, Imagination, and Journaling.

The Power of a woman comes from our understanding of our relationship to the elements of earth, air, fire and water-beginning with water. We are carried in our mother's womb in water.

The energy of water has much to teach us about clarity, flow, and creativity.
